Polyvinylpyrrolidone Mounting Medium (PVP) is a non-toxic water-based sealing solution using polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) as the main sealing medium. It can be used for conventional sealing of various slices and smears. On the basis of conventional water-based sealing tablets (PVP), the product adds anti-fluorescence attenuation components, which can effectively protect the fluorescence and prolong the observation time.
Since PVP will produce a protective film on the surface of the sample after drying, this product can also be dried and viewed under a microscope without using a cover glass after being flattened. This product has good fluidity, is relatively difficult to produce bubbles, and is more convenient to seal. After the sealing, cover the cover slide, which will be adhered to the slide well.
