Product Introduction:
Anti-fluorescence decay sealing agent is a kind of sealing reagent used to slow down fluorescence decay. Based on glycerol, the anti-fluorescence attenuator is added to have a strong anti-fluorescence attenuator effect, which is used for sealing fluorescent tissue and cell samples. After sealing, the sample can be stored at 4℃ or -20℃ away from light for 2-3 weeks. The reagent is simple to operate, and it can be used to drop a drop of anti-fluorescence attenuation sealing solution with a pipette gun and cover the cover glass.
Instruction:
1. Adherent cell sample:
A. After dyeing, suck up the liquid.
B. Put a drop of anti-fluorescence attenuation sealing solution on the slide, cover the cover glass with cells, and let the cells contact the sealing solution to avoid bubbles as far as possible.
C. The sample can then be viewed through a fluorescence microscope.
2. Tissue section:
A. After dyeing, suck up the liquid.
B. Put a drop of anti-fluorescence attenuation sealing solution on the tissue section, cover the cover glass, and let the section contact the sealing solution to avoid bubbles as far as possible.
C. The sample can then be viewed through a fluorescence microscope.
3. Other samples:
Other samples are manipulated with reference to cell samples or tissue sections.
Note:
1. Fluorescent substances are prone to decay, dyed samples should be stored away from light.
2. In the case of using anti-attenuation sealing fluid, attenuation can be slowed down, but it is still appropriate to avoid light as much as possible.
3. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
