phosphate buffered solution (PBS) provides a relatively stable ionic environment and pH buffering ability. It is a buffer salt solution often used in biology for molecular cloning and cell culture. With a pH of 7.2-7.4, it is isotonic with human blood. The main components are potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride and potassium chloride.
This product is 1× working liquid, after sterilization treatment, can be used directly. Storage at 4℃ can extend the shelf life of the product, and it is not recommended to store at low temperature for a long time.

In the process of using PBS, special attention should be paid to avoid the solution being contaminated by microorganisms. PBS may precipitate at low temperatures. If precipitation is found, please place in a water bath at 37℃ until completely dissolved before use. For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves.
