Product Introduction:
Acetylcholinesterase Staining Kit (Metal Precipitation Method) The staining principle is that the true cholinesterase hydrolyzes the specific substrate to release thiocholine, and the thiol group of thiocholine can form the primary complex precipitation with heavy metal ions, which is dispersed in the enzyme active site and its surroundings, and then the primary precipitate is complexed with the sulfide solution after sufficient cleaning and decontamination to produce a more refined and accurate secondary precipitation localization. The enzyme active site is brownish-black particles.
The advantages of the Acetylcholinesterase Staining Kit (Metal Precipitation Method) are ease of operation and less diffusion of esterase, its disadvantages are poor permeability of the substrate to the tissue, high requirements for operator experience, and the possibility of false positives.
