Product Introduction:
Pathological endogenous deposits are part of the pigmented deposits, tissue cells undergo certain pathological changes to form deposits with different shape characteristics, this polymerization forms a special protein that is able to show fibrin protein after staining. Fibrin is a special protein formed by the polymerization of fibrin molecules present within the blood, also known as fibronectin, under normal conditions it is a special protein formed by the polymerization of fibrinogen molecules within the blood, this protein exists in the form of curved filamentous fibrils within the tissues, most of them are in the form of a reticulated structure, and sometimes in the form of a coarse fibrillar network, and the stale can be condensed in the form of amorphous lumps.
Cellulose staining MSB method refers to the staining method that adopts Mathew yellow-Lichun red-Methyl blue as the core, cellulose staining solution (modified MSB method) is improved on the basis of the above, and adopts Mathew yellow-Acid red-Aniline blue as the core of the staining, which mainly consists of lapis lazuli blue staining solution, Mayer Hematoxylin staining solution, Mathew yellow staining solution and Aniline blue staining solution, etc. It is a simple and inexpensive cellulose staining solution, and the stained cellulose shows red or blue color.
