The PCR MasterMix produced by our company has added high-performance PCR enhancers and stabilizers, which are suitable for conventional PCR reactions and some complex templates such as high GC content and secondary structure PCR amplification. Due to the discovery of a variety of PCR intensifiers and stabilizers, stable and efficient pre-prepared PCR mixture not only simplifies the operation procedure, reduces pollution, greatly reduces labor intensity and sampling error, but also increases the specificity of PCR reaction, reduces the requirements for PCR conditions, and can amplify at least 2 copies of the target template, making the experimental results more accurate. The product is divided into two systems containing dye and without dye. The PCRMasterMix containing dye can be electrophoreted directly after PCR without adding the sample buffer.
