Column tube material is medical grade polypropylene (PP) material, good biocompatibility, sieve plate material is UHMW-PE, low non-specific binding, can match standard 1.5ml, 2.0ml centrifuge tube, withstand centrifugal force 16000xg, purified column volume: 800μL, packing volume: 20-500μL. Designed for small scale protein purification, it can be filled with different chromatographic media such as agarose, dextran, ion exchange resin, biogel, etc., through the principle of centrifugation, protein purification can be achieved quickly. The required chromatographic medium is added to the empty column, the sample is taken, and the impurities are removed by centrifugal method, and the purified protein can be obtained quickly. It can be used for affinity chromatography, nucleic acid protein desalination, immunoprecipitation (IP), immunocoprecipitation (Co-IP) and other experiments.
