In Vivo	蓖麻油是一种天然甘油三酸酯，具有通便作用，可诱导怀孕女性产生劳动力。当给予蓖麻油时，野生型小鼠应用强烈腹泻，在施用后约30分钟开始。通便作用持续约2小时[1]。
Animal Experiment	小鼠用于测量蓖麻油的通便作用并在实验前16小时饥饿。在实验当天，用蓖麻油处理小鼠，并用白色纸巾覆盖笼子的底部。每小时测定无形和水样粪便的重量[1]。
