100bp DNA Ladder is a combination of individually prepared PCR products, a total of 11 DNA fragments, have been added to the sample buffer, can be directly electrophoretic, 5μL each sample. In order to facilitate the observation after electrophoresis, the concentration of 500bp band was about 100ng/5μL, and the DNA concentration of other bands was about 50ng/5μL.
