Description:
3-(n-morolinyl) propyl sulfonic acid for short MOPS, molecular formula C7H15NO4S, molecular weight 209.26, CAS number 1132-61-2. MOPS are biological buffers that are often used to formulate RNA and protein electrophoresis buffers. The TRIS-MOPS electrophoresis buffer (10×) produced by Solarbio is mainly composed of tris, MOPS, EDTA and SDS, which is mainly used for the electrophoresis buffer of bis-tris gel. Suitable for separation of 14-200kd protein.
Operation steps (for reference only) :
This product is 10× concentrated liquid, diluted to 1× working concentration before use, and can be used directly after 10 times dilution with deionized water.
