Application field:
1. Alkaline phosphatase luminescence detection
2. ELISA chemiluminescence detection
3. WB chemiluminescence detection
4. Detection of other enzyme-linked chemiluminescence reactions
Purpose:
After the substrate reagent (APS-5) is mixed with alkaline phosphatase (ALP), after the hydrolysis of alkaline phosphatase phosphate, the substrate immediately decomposes and releases photons. Within the specific concentration range of alkaline phosphatase, the number of photons released is proportional to the concentration of alkaline phosphatase in the solution, so it can be used for quantitative detection of alkaline phosphatase. Production of (magnetic particle) chemiluminescence antibody detection kits.
