In Vivo | 在PEL异种移植小鼠模型中,甲基-β-环糊精显著抑制PEL细胞的生长和侵袭,而没有明显的副作用。甲基-β-环糊精处理的小鼠似乎是健康的,而未处理的小鼠具有扩张的腹部区域。对照的体重显著高于Mb-CyD处理的小鼠的体重。甲基-β-环糊精处理的小鼠腹水量明显低于未处理小鼠[1]。对人和动物的研究表明,环糊精可用于改善几乎任何类型的药物制剂的药物递送。目前,全球约有30种不同的药品含有药物/环糊精复合物[2]。 |
