Background	CPI-637 is a selective, cell-active CBP/EP300 bromodomain protein inhibitor.
Biological Activity	CPI-637是一种选择性的、具有细胞活性的CBP/EP300溴结构域蛋白抑制剂。在TR-FRET检测中，CPI-637对CBP和EP300的IC50分别为0.03 μM和0.051 μM。在其他溴区结构域中，它具有高度选择性，相较而言，对BRD9的生化活性比较突出。[1]
In Vitro	CPI-637在AMO-1细胞中抑制MYC的表达(EC50=0.6 μM)[1]。
Cell Experiment	将AMO-1细胞(DSMZ)以20，000个细胞/孔铺于96孔板，以含10%胎牛血清的Dulbecco培养基进行培养。以0-5 μM的CPI-637对细胞处理6小时，6小时后，裂解细胞进行分析。[1]
