The separation efficiency and binding capacity are different, there are high or low levels of phenyl, low substitution and high substitution of aromatic HIC media consisting of 90μm highly crosslinked agarose, phenyl is connected to agarose by uncharged, chemically very stable ether bond, high resolution, high loading, and a variety of pre-loaded columns are available. The highly cross-linked 6% agarose gel was used as the substrate, and the ligands were not the same as those of Ni NTA Beads. In addition to being able to withstand harsh reagent conditions, due to its pressure-resistant matrix, it can withstand up to 0.3MPa pressure, and is more stable and pressure-resistant skeleton, which is applied to large-scale protein purification. Therefore, the product is more suitable for industrial large-scale protein purification, and can achieve the purification of the target protein at a relatively high flow rate. Note: This preloaded column can be used for AKTA instruments.
