TBS buffer is an isotonic buffer salt solution commonly used in biology, which is mainly used in immunohistochemistry, in situ hybridization, enzyme-linked immunization and other experiments, and cleaning non-specific binding antibodies in western blot experiments.
10×TBS buffer composition: 100mM Tris-HCl, 1.5M sodium chloride.
Usage:
1. Each bag of powder can be prepared into 1000ml of 10×TBS buffer.
2. Deionized water or double steaming water is used as solvent when preparing.
3. Take out all the powder in the packaging bag and dissolve it in 800ml deionized water or distilled water, and the volume is fixed to 1000ml.
4, dilute 10 times before use.
