Tris-glycine electrophoretic buffer is a buffer reagent used in protein denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis experiment (SDS-PAGE). This product is prepared by conventional method, as 5× TRIS-Glycine electrophoresis buffer premixed powder, easy to store, easy to operate.
The 5× TRIS-Glycine buffer was composed of 125mM Tris, 1.25 M Glycine, 0.5% (W/V) SDS.
Usage:
1. Each bag of powder can be prepared into 1000ml 5× TRIS-glycine electrophoretic buffer.
2. Deionized water or double steaming water is used as solvent when preparing.
3, take out all the powder in the bag dissolved in 800ml deionized water or distilled water, fixed volume to 1000ml, that is, 5× TRIS-glycine electrophoresis buffer.
4. Before electrophoresis, dilute 5× TRIS-glycine electrophoresis buffer 5 times before use.
