| Detection Principle | Solarbio ELISA试剂盒采用基于竞争法的酶联免疫吸附检测技术。将AFM1抗原包被于酶标板上；实验时，分别加入标准品和预稀释的样本，然后加入酶标抗体工作液，样品中的AFM1与酶标板上固定的AFM1抗原特异性竞争AFM1抗体；洗板后加入显色剂底物TMB，若反应孔中样本存在不同浓度的AFM1，则HRP会使无色TMB变成不同深浅（负相关）的蓝色物质，加入终止液后反应孔会变成黄色；最后，在λmax=450 nm（OD=450 nm）处测定反应孔样品吸光度（OD），AFM1浓度与OD450值之间呈反比，通过绘制标准曲线计算出样品中AFM1的浓度。 |
| Background | Aflatoxin (AFT) is a bifuran ring toxoid and produced by some strains of Aspergillus flavus and parasitic Aspergillus. There are about 20 derivatives，named B1，B2，G1，G2，M1，M2，GM，P1，Q1，toxinol，etc. Among them，B1 is the most toxic and carcinogenic. After the animals eat the feed polluted by aflatoxin，a very small amount of aflatoxin can be detected in the liver，kidney，muscle，blood，milk and eggs. Aflatoxins and their producing bacteria are widely distributed in nature. Some strains produce more than one type of aflatoxins，and there are also strains that do not produce any type of aflatoxins. Aflatoxin mainly pollutes grain and oil products，and all kinds of plant and animal food can also be polluted. |
