Determination of Significance：
Apigenin is a kind of natural flavonoid, which exists widely in vegetables and fruits. Studies have shown that apigenin has many biological functions, such as antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, central sedation and so on.
Measurement Principle：
Apigenin has an absorption peak at 270 nm and can be determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.

High-performance liquid chromatography (C18 column (4.6 × 250mm) , UV detector (VWD) , desktop centrifuge, adjustable pipette, pedestal homogenizer, brown EP tube, needle filter (50, organic series, 0.45 μm) , syringes, strainers, membranes (organic, water) , brown sampling bottles (50,1.5 mL) , acetonitrile (chromatographic purity, 500 mL) , super-pure water, phosphoric acid (analytical purity) , methanol (analytical purity) , 5ml white plastic reagent bottles, 2ml EP tubes.
