In Vivo:
Rat(Sprague-Dawley rats (male,200 ± 20 g) ,20 mg/kg benzoic acid, Oral):
A positive drug (indomethacin, 20 mg/kg) and a non-positive drug (benzoic acid, 20 mg/kg) were mixed (1:1) and orally administered to the 6 different rats. The other experimental conditions and methods are the same as those discussed in 2.4.1.
