Determination of Significance:
Adenosine diphosphate (ADP) is found in animals, plants, microorganisms and cultured cells. In living organisms, the loss of a phosphate is usually caused by hydrolysis of Adenosine triphosphate (ADP) , a product of breaking a high-energy phosphate bond and releasing energy.
Measurement Principle:
ADP has an absorption peak at 254 nm and can be determined by High-performance liquid chromatography.
Self Provided:
High-performance liquid chromatography (C18 column (4.6 × 250mm) , UV detector (VWD-RRB-) , table centrifuge, adjustable pipette, mortar homogenizBrownrEPn EP tube, 0.45 μm water system needle filter (50) , syringe, filter, organic system filter, water system filter, Brownrown sample bottle (50) , chromatographic pure acetonitrile (500ml) , ultrapure water.
