Product Introduction:
Hematoxylin and eosin combination staining, referred to as HE staining, is one of the most commonly used stains in pathology and histology. Hematoxylin is a basic natural dye that stains cell nuclei. After differentiation, hematoxylin is in the red ionic state under acidic conditions and appears red, and in the blue ionic state under alkaline conditions and appears blue. Tissue section by acidic reagent differentiation was red or pink, immediately remove the acid on the tissue section with water and abort differentiation, and then use weak alkaline water to make hematoxylin stained nuclei blue, this process is called back to the blue effect or bluing effect. In addition, washing with tap water can also make the nucleus return to blue, but the time required is longer.
The blue return solution is a weakly alkaline balanced salt solution, mostly used for hematoxylin staining after bluing, it is recommended to return to the blue time of 3-5min.Note:Product information may be optimized and upgraded. Please refer to the actual label information for accuracy.
