Product Description:
Stem cell serum-free medium is a product optimized by using the latest formula and repeated trials. It avoids the shortcomings of the traditional medium containing fetal bovine serum, such as the introduction of foreign components and unclear ingredients, and contains a series of components that can replace fetal bovine serum: Essential and non-essential amino acids, vitamins, hormones, growth factors, organic and inorganic compounds and other supplements. The production process is controlled in strict accordance with GMP standards to ensure the quality of products.
Operation instructions:
Preparation of serum-free medium for mesenchymal stem (matrix) cells1. One hour before the start of the experiment, the ingredients without serum additives were dissolved at 2-8℃. After the dissolution is complete, gently shake the reagent bottle to thoroughly mix the freeze-thaw ingredients.
2. Use 75% alcohol to disinfect the open outer wall of each bottle in the kit.
3. After the alcohol on the reagent bottle is volatilized, open each reagent bottle aseptically.
4. The additive was added to serum-free mesenchymal stem (matrix) cell base medium.
5. Aseptically absorb the base medium washing additive bottle, and add all the ingredients of the additive into the base medium as completely as possible.
6. Repeat the steps two to three times.
7. Gently shake the base medium bottle to mix the ingredients well. The prepared complete medium was placed at 4℃ for storage.
Note: The company's products are sterile, but to ensure sterility, it is recommended that after all reagents are mixed, the complete medium is filtered again for sterilization (0.22μm).
Scope of application :
The product is suitable for the growth of human mesenchymal stem cells from multiple sources, such as umbilical cord (UCM-hMSC), bone marrow (BM-hMSC), adipose tissue (AT-hMSC), etc.

2, exceed the expiration date on the product label, shall not be used again;

4, this product should be stored in a cool and dry place away from light, the storage conditions of basic medium: 2-8℃, the storage conditions of additives -20℃, should avoid repeated freezing and thawing;
5, after the preparation of complete media, as soon as possible within 2 weeks to use.
