This product is a sterile, low-endotoxin level dense-gradient solution for isolating peripheral blood lymphocytes from animals. The separation principle is based on the density difference of blood cells, through centrifugation to make a certain density of cells according to the corresponding density gradient distribution, so as to separate lymphocytes from peripheral blood. It is suitable for the isolation of lymphocytes from animal anticoagulant blood, and the lymphocytes isolated under sterile conditions can be used for culture.
