In Vitro:
WB（cell，1 mmol/L PMSF）:
The whole cell lysates were prepared using lysis buffer containing aprotinin (2 mg/L), the phosphatase inhibitor leupeptin (5 mg/L), and phenylmethylsulfonyl fluoride (PMSF; 1 mmol/L; Solarbio). Equal amounts of proteins were loaded and separated by 10% SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and transferred to polyvinylidene difluoride membranes.
