| Animal Experiment | 小鼠[4]将雄性C57BL/6小鼠(9-12周龄; 17-22g)随机分成8组(每组n = 8):(1)假手术准备，包括分离肠系膜上动脉(SMA)没有遮挡(Sham);(2)小鼠不经处理而进行II/R(II/R);(3)小鼠在再灌注前10分钟用生理盐水处理II/R(II/R + NS);(4)，(5)小鼠用30 mg/kg(II/R + Rb1-30)或60 mg/kg(II/R + Rb1-60)人参皂甙Rb1治疗，其中手术按II进行/ R组在再灌注前10分钟腹膜内给予人参皂苷Rb1;(6)对小鼠进行假手术并用ATRA(ATRA + Sham)处理，ATRA是Nrf2/ARE信号通路的抑制剂;(7)对小鼠进行II/R处理，并用ATRA(ATRA + II/R)处理;(8)对小鼠进行II/R处理，并用ATRA和60mg/kg人参皂苷Rb1作为第5组(ATRA + II/R + Rb1-60)处理。在手术前的最后两周，第6，7，8组中的小鼠每天以10mg/kg接受ATRA腹膜内注射，并以缺乏维生素A的饮食为食，其他组中的小鼠接受等量的玉米油和控制正常饮食。大鼠[5]使用体重为200-250g的雄性Wistar大鼠。将大鼠随机分成4组，每组26只。在用氨基甲酸乙酯(2g/kg体重im)麻醉后，将大鼠的左股静脉和左颈静脉插管。在LPS组中，通过左股静脉输注盐水中的LPS溶液(5mg/kg /小时)90分钟。代替LPS溶液，载体以单独的Sham和人参皂苷Rb1(Rb1，5mg/kg)组给药。在Rb1后处理(LPS + Rb1)组中，在以5mg/kg的剂量施用LPS后30分钟，通过左颈静脉连续输注人参皂甙Rb1溶液。将人参皂苷Rb1溶液和相同体积的盐水分别输注在人参皂苷Rb1和假手术组中，而不随后施用LPS。在另一组实验中，用2％戊巴比妥钠(60mg/kg体重)和生理盐水，LPS和人参皂苷Rb1麻醉大鼠。从麻醉中恢复后，允许动物接近水和啮齿动物食物，并且随时间记录存活率直至LPS刺激后4天。 |

Examples of using this product（for reference only）
In Vitro:
Cell (hair follicles, 10 μg/ml Ginsenoside Rb1, 9d; DPCs, 10 μg/ml Ginsenoside Rb1, 96 h）:
Each group contained 15 hair follicles and they were cultured with or without 10 μg/ml of ginsenoside Rb1 in a humidified incubator at 37 ℃ and 5% CO2 for 9 days. The culture medium was changed every two days and the measurement of lengths of the hair follicles were performed by blinding observer who did not know the experimental groups using a micrometer under an inverted microscope every three days.
Then the DPCs were seeded to 6 well-plates and cultured with 0 and 10 μg/ml ginsenoside Rb1 for 96 h. For studying the effects of ginsenoside Rb1 on PI3K/AKT/GSK-3β pathway, DPCs were also treated with the PI3K inhibitor 10 μM LY294002 or 10 μg/ml ginsenoside Rb1 + 10 μM LY294002, respectively. In the ginsenoside Rb1 and LY294002 combination group, the cells were pre-treated with 10 μM LY294002 for 1 h, then treated with 10 μg/ml ginsenoside Rb1 and cultured for another 96 h.
