In Vivo:
Adenine?induced chronic renal failure rat model(Rat; Chronic renal failure models; 2.5% Adenine/sterile 0.9% saline solution; 200mg/kg/d, gavage, 4weeks)
Chronic renal failure models are induced by 2.5% adenine (Solarbio, Beijing, China) (200 mg/kg/d) administered by gavage for 4weeks. Adenine was dissolved in sterile 0.9% saline solution.
