The fungal mitochondrial extraction kit provides a full set of reagents for extracting mitochondria from various fungal samples. The extraction process is simple and convenient. The prepared mitochondria not only have high purity and maintain natural activity, but also have little cross-contamination. The fungal mitochondrial extraction kit is best used for mitochondrial extraction of fresh samples. Because the mitochondria of frozen samples may be destroyed during cryopreservation, the extraction recovery rate may be greatly reduced. This kit is not suitable for mitochondrial extraction of yeast samples, and requires yeast mitochondrial extraction kits that can choose other items. The mitochondria extracted by this kit can be used in various downstream applications such as mitochondrial function study, protein extraction and so on. In addition to mitochondrial extraction kits, it also provides extraction kits for various subcellular structures such as nucleus, lysosome, Golgi apparatus, as well as corresponding staining kits and protein extraction kits.
