For the isolation and identification of mycobacteria.
Preparation method
Weigh 37.24g of this product, and measure 12ml glycerin in 600ml distilled water, boil for 5-10 minutes, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, cool to 55℃, aseptically add 1000ml of whole egg mixture, mix well, divide into test tubes, prepare bevel, and treat with flowing steam at 85-90℃ for 1-1.5 hours, remove and set aside.
