Product Introduction:
It is used to classify yeasts by carbon source and amino acid utilization.
Preparation Method:
Weigh and dissolve 6.71g of this product in 100ml distilled water or deionized water, add 5g glucose or equivalent amount of other carbon sources and 1-10mg of required amino acids, dissolve at a mild temperature, filter and remove bacteria, to produce 10 times concentrated solution, stored at 2-8℃. In a sterile environment, use a sterile pipette to remove 0.5ml of the above concentrated liquid into 4.5ml of sterile distilled water, mix well, and set aside.
