Preparation Method:
Weigh 4.7g of this product, add 0.2ml glycerin every 90ml as appropriate in 900ml distilled water or deionized water, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes. Let cool at 45℃ and add 1 branch of ADC increasing bacteria solution(LA0270) to 180ml medium. Set aside.
