Product Introduction:
It is used for the isolation and culture of mycoplasma.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 38.5g of this product, heat it and dissolve it in 800ml distilled water, autoclaved at 121℃ for 15 minutes, when it is cold to 45-50℃, add 200ml of inactivated calf serum or horse serum and 800,000 units of penicillin during aseptic operation, mix it well, pack it into sterile test tubes and set aside.
