Preparation Method:
Weigh 128g of this product, add it to 1000ml distilled water, soak it in boiling water bath for 20 minutes, adjust the pH7.3±0.2, autoclave it at 25℃ in a tube at 115℃ for 20 minutes, and then make it into high layer. Set aside.
