Product Introduction:
Elastic Fiber is mainly distributed in the arterial wall, alveolar wall and skin of human body. It is yellow when fresh and has strong refraction. The commonly used dyeing methods of elastic fiber include Gomori Aldehyde-Fuchsin Method, Weigert Elastic Fiber Method, Orcein Method, Victoria Blue Method, and Iron Iodine Hematoxylin Method.
The dyeing principle of Elastic Fiber Stain Kit(Aldehyde-Fuchsin Method) is that mature fuchsin aldehyde has a strong affinity for special proteins such as elastic fibers and mucopolysaccharides containing sulfate. The dye solution can be used to display elastic fibers, mast cell particles, lipofuscin, eosinophils, etc.
