Endocannbiotin is widely distributed in mammalian tissues, especially in liver, lung, spleen, fat, brain and other tissues. After formalin fixation, the endogenously produced background is reduced, but the background in the frozen section is greatly enhanced. Intense antigen repair exposes endogenous substances in formalin-immobilized tissues, such as endocavidin-biotin.
endocobiotin blocking solution can inhibit the activity of endocobiotin very well, especially suitable for blocking the activity of endogenous substances in immunohistochemistry.
