Product Introduction:
For the growth culture of anaerobic bacteria, containing 0.075% Agar.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 29.65g of this product in 1L deionized water or distilled water, heat and boil to dissolve and subpack. Autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, and quickly cool after sterilization before inoculation, the oxidation layer height of the medium shall not exceed 1/5 of the depth of the medium, otherwise, it should be heated in a water bath at 100℃ until the pink color disappears, and then cooled rapidly, only once. And prevent contamination
