Product Introduction:
Bacitracin 0.2U/ml could be added to isolate Streptococcus sanguinis to increase the selectivity. It is also used to prepare Streptococcus mutans isolation medium.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 98.0 g of this product, heat and boil in 1000ml distilled water until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating. If necessary, when the medium is cooled to 50-55℃, bacitracin 0.2U/ml can be selectively added to increase the selectivity.
