Product introduction
For the isolation and culture of Streptococcus sp., 1 mL of 1% potassium tellurite solution per 1L of medium was added.
preparation method
Weigh 90.0g of this product in 1L of distilled water, boil until completely dissolved, pack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake after sterilization, cool to 50-55℃, add 1ml (1% potassium tellurite solution) to each liter of medium, shake well, pour into the plate.
