Product Introduction:
For Staphylococcus aureus isolation, one 5-ml potassium tellurite yolk enrichment solution was added per 95ml of medium.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 6.3g of this product in 95ml distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, constant volume, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling in the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, cool to 50℃, add 5ml potassium tellurite vitelline solution, gently shake well and pour into the plate.
