Product Introduction:
It is used for the detection of coagulase positive staphylococci.
Preparation Method:
Weigh 58g of this product in 900ml distilled water, heat and boil until completely dissolved, subpack, autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization to prevent Agar from settling on the bottom of the vessel and coagulating, cool to 50℃. In aseptic procedure, sterile potassium tellurite 2.5mg, rabbit plasma 2.5ml, bovine fibrinogen solution 7.5ml and pancreatic enzyme inhibitor 2.5ml were added into every 100ml medium, and the pour plate was gently shaken. (1) Bovine fibrinogen solution: Take 5g bovine fibrinogen and dissolve it in 100ml distilled water,0.22um sterile filter membrane to filter and remove bacteria. (2) Pancreatic enzyme inhibitor: 30mg of pancreatic enzyme inhibitor was taken into 30ml distilled water, and 0.22um sterile filter membrane was used to filter and remove bacteria.
