Usage:
1 mmol/l Fura 2-AM mother liquor is prepared by dissolving 50 μg of Fura 2-AM powder in 49.9 μl dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO). It is sealed and stored at -20℃ in the dark. Before use, it is diluted to a suitable concentration according to the experimental needs.
