Product Introduction:
Toluidine Blue O is a kind of commonly used synthetic dye, belonging to the class of quinone imine dyes. With metachromasy, there are also three dyeing solution configurations: acidic buffer, neutral buffer and alkaline buffer. The alkaline buffer method is more suitable for staining of molded sections and semi-thin sections. This stain is usually performed in order to better expose the target area and adjust the position of the section. This stain can also be used to stain plastic sections of small tissue specimens such as peripheral nerves and sciatic nerves for general morphological analysis.
Toluidine blue staining solution (0.5%, borate method) because the borate buffer is strongly alkaline, it is more conducive to staining the samples embedded in epoxy resin.
