This product is used to stop the color reaction in ELISA (Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay).
Operation Instructions:
In the process of ELISA experiment, after adding TMB to the enzyme label plate to the expected depth of color, adding 50ul ELISA stop solution to terminate the reaction, and measuring the light absorption value at 450nm within 30 minutes.
