Product introduction
This product is a mixture of enzymes extracted and refined from the pancreas of pig, cow or sheep. It mainly contains protease, pancreatic amylase and pancreatic lipase. This product is widely used in proteolysis, peptide and amino acid production.
Usage method
Usually in the decomposition of proteins, the temperature is controlled at 45-55 ° C, the initial pH is adjusted to about 8.0, and the pH between 7.5 and 8.5 should be adjusted frequently as the hydrolysis proceeds (because the decomposition of proteins will produce amino acids, which will decrease the pH and affect the enzyme activity) until the end of the hydrolysis.
Unit definition
Ultraviolet spectrophotometry: under the measurement conditions (40±0.2℃; PH 8.0). When the absorbance of TCA-soluble substance released from casein hydrolysis per minute at 275nm is equivalent to that of 1μmol tyrosine, the amount of enzyme required is one unit of activity, which is expressed as u/g.
