Product introduction:
Pyronin B is a color reagent that is soluble in water, ethyl acetate, methyl acetate, and ethylene glycol; Slightly soluble in ethanol, methanol, and methyl cellulose solutions. The solution appears red with yellow fluorescence. Pyronin B is suitable for myeloperoxidase staining, cellular morphology diagnosis, leukemia classification, detection of live cell apoptosis, determination of DNA, hydrogen peroxide, and glucose, diagnosis of amyloid accumulation related diseases, and treatment of fish protozoan infections. A cationic dye used for the methyl green Pyronin method for differential staining of nucleic acids.
