| Background | Continuous cell line K-562 was established by Lozzio from the pleural fluid of a dying 53-year-old female patient with chronic myeloid leukemia.K-562 cells are classified into highly undifferentiated granulocyte group.Erson et al.'s study on the surface membrane properties of K-562 cells showed that K-562 cells were a human erythroleukemia cell.K-562 cells are widely used as highly sensitive receptors in vitro in natural kill assays, and See Pross et al.used K-562 cells for detailed in vitro detection of NK cells, including mathematical quantification of NK cell activity.K-562 blasts are pluripotent hematopoietic malignant cells, which can spontaneously differentiate into recognizable red blood cell progenitors, granulocyte, monocyte, etc.K-562 cells were EBNA negative. |

贴壁细胞培养
细胞名称：人慢性髓系白血病细胞；K562
形态特性：淋巴母细胞样
生长特性：悬浮生长
培养条件： RPMI 1640 (w/o Hepes) + 10%FBS
传代方法： 维持细胞浓度在1×105~2×106 cells/ml；2~3天换液1次
冻存条件：基础培养基+8%DMSO+20%FBS
特征特性： 该细胞是由Lozzio从一名53岁的慢性髓细胞性白血病急变期的女性患者的胸水中分离建立的。该细胞曾被认为来源于粒系，处于高度未分化阶段；Anderson等人作了细胞膜特性的研究后，认为该细胞是红白血病细胞系。该细胞是对自然杀伤细胞高度敏感的体外靶标，故而被广泛应用于这方面的研究。K562的原始细胞是一种具有多向分化潜能的造血系统的恶性肿瘤细胞，能自发分化为红系、粒系和单核系的可辨识的祖细胞。该细胞表达CD7（25％）。
细胞处理方法：
1. 细胞在培养瓶中培养至状态良好后灌满培养基运输，获得细胞后用酒精棉球擦拭瓶口消毒，然后在超净台中操作。
2. 将细胞转移至50mL的无菌离心管中，1000rpm离心5-10min，用完全培养基重悬细胞，适宜的密度分瓶培养。
特别注意：（如使用公共实验室或初次接触细胞培养，建议添加双抗培养）
1. 我们使用自产培养基及进口血清培养细胞，在您拿回细胞后，如想更换其它品牌培养基，请依照逐次替换的原则，先保留培养瓶中的培养基，多日多次代逐步更换，以减轻对细胞的刺激。
2. 如签收时出现培养瓶壁破裂，漏液等情况请及时拍照并联系售后。
3. 细胞任何售后问题，均需拍照存档并在2周之内及时联系客服。
