Wright's pigment is a light green powder, the Department of complex neutral stain; the staining of protoplasm has a differentiation, neutrophilic, basophilic and eosinophilic part of the role; soluble in ethanol, insoluble in water; the maximum absorption wavelength of 640 (522) nm.
