The 5’-labeled primer pairs include fluorescently labeled oligonucleotides with a dye selected at the 5’ end in each pair，as well as unlabeled oligonucleotides. These products can be used in a variety of molecular biology applications. 6-NED is a color used to prepare multicolor fluorescent oligomers for genomic fragment analysis of 6-FAM，6-TET，6-VIC，6-HEX，6-NED，and 6-PET gene expression studies，genotyping，and PCR applications. 6-NED azide is a stable fluorescent probe that can be used to label alkyne-modified oligonucleotides，including DBCO-modified oligonucleotides.
