| Background | Nystatin is a potent polyene antifungal antibiotic， effective against yeast and mycoplasma. Increases the permeability of the plasma membrane to small monovalent ions including chloride ions. is a cholesterol sequestering agent that partially prevents Oxaliplatin-induced lipid raft aggregation， DR4 and DR5 aggregation， thereby reducing apoptosis. |
