DAC SE (7-(Diethylamino)coumarin-3-carboxylic acid N-succinimidyl ester) is a group modification of DAC, a bright blue fluorescent probe with amino-reactive activity that can be used to label proteins or nucleic acids. DAC fluorescent conjugates have a longer excitation spectrum (470 nm) under UV excitation compared to AMCA conjugates.
Fluorochromes have quenching problems, please try to avoid light to slow down the fluorescence quenching.
Remark:These protocols are for reference only. Solarbio does not independently validate these methods.
