Background	KSPWFTTL is an immunodominant Kb-restricted epitope from the p15E transmembrane protein. KSPWFTTL can restore susceptibility of a tumor line to anti-AKR/Gross MuLV cytotoxic T lymphocytes.
In Vitro	KSPWFTTL is derived from the retroviral p15 TM envelope protein. The cytolytic T-lymphocyte (CTL)-insusceptible， variant cl.18-5 clonal line， after pulsed with the KSPWFTTL peptide， becomes susceptible to lysis by antiviral CTL.
